Finance Director

We seek a dynamic, proven Financial Director who is highly qualified and ambitious. The successful candidate will be based in Kampala, Uganda. The responsibilities are broad ranging from delivering the group accounts to also being actively involved in  planned equity and debt structuring.

The Finance Director is responsible for:

· Preparing Group Accounts in liaison with Chief Accountants within the group

· Presenting the Accounts to potential investors, existing shareholders and the Board.

· Transaction leadership and execution

· Provision of wider market perspectives and advice

· Provision of strategic advice on capital structure and corporate activity

· Advising on developing and promoting the investment proposition for clients

· Coordination of pitch books and other client presentations

· Coordination of market and valuation updates

Capabilities and Experience:

· Qualified Accountant essential

· Strong Capital Markets background with a sound understanding of both Debt and Equity structuring
